The State Road 7 corridor is working-class, tight-knit, and proud of it. Lauderdale Lakes needed a place to land — so we built one.
The people make it

A room built with respect
We designed the floor to be generous — room to breathe, celebrate, and stay awhile. Clean floors and kept bathrooms signal every guest is worth the effort.

Escovitch fish with bammy, lobster, jerk, festivals, a cold Ting on the side — the dishes people in this community grew up eating.
